Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day for 3 minutes: preferably in the morning after breakfast and at night before going to bed.

Caring for your gums
Take good care of your gums when brushing your teeth. Massage the gums softly by positioning your brush in such a manner that the hairs can reach in between the tooth and the gum. It will keep your gums healthy and prevent inflammations.
Flossing
