Ultra-precise 3D milling

Going that extra step to create precise results you can trust is important to us. This doesn’t end with a virtual smile makeover.
We use the 3D virtual smile simulation to craft a 3D porcelain facet using an advanced high tech milling machine. It is an automated process which converts the digital image into a porcelain cube.  All with an accuracy of 0.25 microns (25 thousandths of a millimeter).
